I had a rough week last week. 1 resurrected offer, 2 buyer offers and a listing offer. 2 listing appointments.
Should be a good week, but I felt like something was not quite right.
I think it goes back to me focus on lead generation. I have been calling about 8 hours a week for several weeks and the results can be slow to manifest. So despite the now success, my lead generation is what I was frustrated with.
This week, a good start. Over the weekend, I received calls to list 2 properties from recent p. Also got an appointment from a web listing inquiry, and I again feel great.
Now I have been speaking to various agents in different markets and gloom and doom seem to be the staple diet of many. I am soo happy to be wiht a company that is talking and training how to thrive in this market. I hear so many are relying on the market recovering, many have taken jobs.
Not us, we are out there fighting and thriving. Building market share. I see this as an opportunity to gain market share. I'm enjoying the journey and would welcome anyone really wanting to turn their real estate career around, to come talk with me.
