Lots in Phase I must have homes of at least 2650 sq ft.  Lots in Phases II, III, and IV must have homes of at least 2800 sq ft.

Building setbacks are 50 ft from the front of the property and 30 ft from the sides of the property.

Driveways are required to be paved.

Most lots appear flat or gently rolling.  Some are heavily wooded, others have more of a meadow appearance.  Some are a combination of woods and meadow.

When visiting, we saw a family of deer feeding quietly behind the gate to a future section of the Fox Hill Farm neighborhood.

To visit the Fox Hill Farm neighborhood, take St. Mary Road northeast from Hillsborough. 

Turn left on New Sharon Church Rd.  Fox Hill Farm will be on both the right and the left. 

The early phases are on the right, and the newer phases (with more available lots) are on the left.
