Some positive numbers from Naples again for August 2008, this makes five months in a row we are improving over 2006 and 2007, after a very slow start for me at the beginning of the year things sure turned around these last few months.
I hope this holds through the coming snow bird season, although it seems foreign nationals will have a tough time getting a mortgage here in Florida.
