19 Comments on Anne Arundel County Golf Course Communities (LOCALISM FEATURED)
Hi Margaret. Great descriptions and links for golf courses around your area. A WEALTH of information.
Margaret - this is a very comprehensive post about golfing, and including the links to the courses as well. Also, I like how you added the information about the housing communities near each course.
Margaret, what a great way to introduce golfers to your area and to combine your expertise in real estate with your love for golf.
I'm going to print this for my mom....so when she gets out that way she'll have a whole bunch to choose from. You sure will attract many a golfer with your knowledge and conversation!
Margaret ... Beautifully done! and informative ...
Hi Margaret! Wow. Great Golf info without a doubt~
HI Margaret.....Fore or is it 4! What a great post to share the opportunities that can be found in golf communities. This can be one of the most relaxing ways to enjoy the outdoor....literally out your door! Nice post Margaret...it should be featured.
What a wonderful, informative AND attractive post...a WELL-DESERVED little, yellow star, my friend!! GBU!
Great post.... this certainly entices us to come and visit!!! Thank you for a great post. ;)
Gary - You'll appreciate this... I wrote the basic outline for this BEFORE I went to Texas, and you know how long ago that was! Then I jadded to it whenever I got a chance until I finally finished this morning. A 3-month long effort!
Sharon - I've been looking at homes around the country for future retirement, and it drives me crazy that it's so darn hard to figure out where the golf communities are.
Brian - Thank you! Our two Crofton golf courses are big attractions for this community.
Thanks, Sally - There are a lot of golf course communities, but no easy way to find them. Hopefully this will show up in Google for a relocating golfer!
Pippa - Thank you, it was a lot of work putting this together, but hopefully it will help prospective homebuyers.
Kristin - It's not easy to find golf course communities - I guess we just "lucked" into finding Crofton.
Gary - Thank you! Without a doubt, this is something golfers look for. Even my daughter, who is an occasional golfer, admits a nearby golf course is one of the things that attracted her to buying her house.
Elizabeth, Gratias! 'Don't know if you saw my response to Gary, but I started work on it back in June and added a little info whenever I had time.
Patricia - Thank you! If you hear of any golfers moving to the D.C. or Baltimore area...
Margaret- Thanks for the great example of a Localism post. Although I'm horrible, I love to play golf and now I have a perfect example of what to write for my market. Thanks.
EXCELLENT POST. VERY INFORMATIVE. ADDED to my "work in progress list" of featured localism posts. This one definetely ranks up there. Great Job margaret!
what a great golfing / local post - nicely done
Awesome location - Congratulations!
Matt, it's a lot of work to pull this together. I would get it half done, and by the time I got back to it, the MLS info would change - and this happened a few times.
Castellum Realty - Thank you fo rsuch a nice compliment
Thesa - Thank you! This is a question golfers want the answer to. I do, as I look at potential retirement areas around the country.
Ana - Thanks, I hope it gave you some inspiration for your area.
Could there even be a doubt who the REALTOR of choice is is Anne Arundel County!
When my posts grow up, I want them to be just like yours!
Thom and Ray - You always make me laugh... Thank you! 'Just posted another Localism post - gosh, it's hard work being the sponsor for several cities.
