Everyone loves to have access to an "insider's perspective" no matter if it's tips to hanging on to your precious retirement account in the midst of financial market upheaval or preparing your home for your area's real estate market. In fact, one of my favorite lines comes from the movie Ratatouille where the food critic "Anton Ego" (played by Peter O'Toole) looks at chef Linguini and ask for a little "fresh perspective". What a delicious line! (sorry-I couldn't resist)
