- 11 single family homes, and

- 15 condos. 

Year-to-date, 189 homes have sold in Portsmouth, NH:

-85 single family homes

-98 condos, and

-  6 mobile homes

In addition, 7 Portsmouth homes went pending with active contracts in August.
