We have a very strong network of over 400 resources that we work with. We never provide access to anyone (buyer or seller) that is more than 1 away.
We are looking for direct buyers for the above listed products. NO DAISY CHAINS PLEASE! We prefer to work direct with the buyer or their mandate. If you want to refer someone to us and sign our sub fee agreement, we will consider working 1 away from the buyer. All proofing is done bank to bank. All protocol and procedures follow standard acceptable business practices within the Real Estate industry.
While can provide already generated REO tapes, we prefer to provide custom packages. We work with 32 different banks and platforms. As you may be aware, the recent impact of government controlled Lenders and AIG has created a close and release policy from the banks. Man power in processing is also an issue. Due to this fact any new submissions will most likely be put into a 3 to 4 week rotation so please be aware of the timeline.
