Have you ever gone to the website Realtor.com, typed in a price range, pulled it up and realize some Realtors put listings on the computer without pictures? Can you believe it...No pictures? Well that is one of my pet peeves! Let me clue you in on something buyer's skip by listings that don't have pictures.

If you are thinking of selling your home, you need to do your homework. I am going to share a real estate secret with you. Are you ready?

Here it is "Not all Realtor's are the same".  There are a lot of Realtor's out there. But they don't all offer the same service. Which is good for me since I do alot for my seller's.

I do encourage you to interview the Realtor you are thinking of using. If they are not "Internet Savvy" or have pictures on their listings. They might be a redneck. Just kidding. They might not be the right Realtor for you or your home.

Sometimes a friend or relative might refer you to a Realtor, still interview them.

What do you have to lose except valuable marketing time on your home that you will never get back.

I will give you an analogy I think works for this.

You are in line at the post office (behind 20 people) you wait for what seems like hours and then you are next , Finally! You thought you would never make it. Then the window closes and you have to come back tomorrow.  You realize you can't come back tomorrow you have too much to do and will never make it.

That is like choosing a Realtor that doesn't market your home correctly. There may have been a buyer looking for a home JUST LIKE YOURS. But because of no pictures, bad or no description, no staging, no help. They passed your home right by and bought the house down the block!!

Doesn't that make you mad! I know it does me...I could have had your house SOLD!
