As with most industries, networking is a large part of the real estate industry.  For a deal to work in real estate we need people in various industries to get it done.  It is important to know the right people in all fields or real estate including, mortgage, title and home inspection to complete a deal.   All of us need to work together to assist our clients efficiently with their transaction.  Even with established relationships there can be complications and the need for new resources as a back up plan.  

Going to different networking events and keeping your options open to new potential companies to assist you in your business is always beneficial.  Over the past few years I have been attempting to increase my exposure by attending various networking events.  I enjoy meeting new people and ‘talking shop' and encourage anyone out there to meet others in our industry.  Equitable Trust Mortgage has been having events just for this purpose.
