What's the consensus from 1st USA agents?

As I posted on our company blog, 1st USA Realty is the latest locally owned independent brokerage that has changed their name. The AZ Republic reported today that 1st USA Realty is now Century 21 Premier.

What's the consensus from 1st USA agents? Fear? Confusion? Excitement?

Wow. I watched some of the video and apparently existing 1st USA Agents are not going to see a fee structure change immediately. As an outsider, that strategy just might work to retain the agent base they have.

Yeah no kidding wow. I like how you added 'immediately'. It make me wonder how long they can keep the fees the same when they said "what we lose in a transaction we make up in volume".

I will say they handled this much better than the guy who locked his doors the day before Christmas.

This is news to me, Most of the low to minimal fee offices are having challenges and the models that they are using is not working, Going from a minimal fee to C21 may be a huge change i9n fee structure

I agree with Andrew many companies are having challenges here just to keep the lights on, most brokers are facing many difficulties and have to cjhange the way they do business.

I trust that my Broker has the long-term in mind when it comes to our firm. I think the change was made in the best interst of both the agent (flexible fee structure) AND the company (increased revenues/stability). My husband and I own a small business and you can't just think in terms of today, you have to have a plan for the future growth of your company. By associating with the #1 name in Real Estate, this change will take our sales to new heights and along with it, our personal checks! It's a win-win for everyone involved!

I heard last week Century 21 Premier is back to being 1st USA Realty.
