I have to tell you, the ReadytoGo newsletter I send out each month has so far gotten me two listings, both are very marketable. It's a wonderful farming tool, and the support that you get from ReadytoGo Newsletters and Simon Payne are amazing. You can edit the newsletter, add your own content, your photos, your contact information, and so much more. Simon Payne and his staff will help you develop a masthead reflecting your logo, you can print postcards, etc. The tools just go on and on. So far, I have more than paid for the subscription which is delivered to my email monthly. The Newsletters can be emailed, or snail mailed, but I feel snail mail is much more effective.
