Hello everyone, this is my 1st blog so here goes...nothing!

 A lot of times people look at the industry that is real estate and for the most part there' s a lot of paperwork, phone calls and driving around. A lot of us have the mind set of well "I need to go to work to make money" as to say going to the office is my work time and the weekends, on my Harley is my play time. When you have this frame of mind you never set yourself up to have FUN at work!

Just remember sometimes we all need to step away from it all and infuse a little bit of childish in us! It seems the older we get the more mundane life seems to be and for some reason living life with vigor and excitement was somehow allocated to that 5 year old at the playground.

So I encourage everyone to do something a little weird tomorrow...say good morning and smile to everyone on that elevator and LAUGH for no apparent reason while your in your car. Try it, it works like a charm EVERYTIME! You'll get butterflies in your stomach and that's a good feeling! Lets you know your out of your comfort zone (and thats a good thing).

For me, I continually find ways to be happy... I can think of having my daughter for the summer and how much fun that was! I can think about how a HURRICANE hit my city a few days ago and while everyone lost their roof or carpet the only thing that happened to me was I lost HOT WATER...for 1 night!

Just remember its almost NEVER as bad as you think so. I understand that we're all here to make a "killing" but trust me if you can find that place where your closing deals and at the same time PLAY PLAY PLAY!!! That's where its all at! Take care
