WOW!

I was shocked when I had a contract that came in this afternoon from one of our investor clients.  I could not help but look at the price and then at the house and then back at the price. I was stunned so I jumped on MLS to check out more pictures.  What a great little deal this client has under contract!

I can't tell you too much about it as it has not closed yet, but trust me when I say it is a bargain.

It would make a great rental in a good area and is clean as a whistle.  Because we know this investor is open to assigning his deals, we asked him about potentially buying it ourselves.  We will see if we can make this a win-win.
