Selling your Vacant Land-- IS NOW THE TIME TO SELL?

Well those builders that are looking to have their projects ready for the spring like to look for land in the FALL SEASON because the leaves are coming down which allows them to see more of the land and it's ups and downs. Also it is usually a wetter season than summer, so wet land becomes more visible.
