Tina - that's exactly why were having Tara talk about this stuff today.  It's not to say that photos still shouldn't be used and be replaced with video, it's to share why Video was predicted to be a multi-billion dollar business by sometime in 2009.  The virtual tour is another topic I'll bring up today with Tara. Tara - as always, that's the best advice!!  Terry - she's right, every video I watch that I have ever done, can always be better. I always see something I could have changed or done differently. 

Just move on and learn from each experience. 

Example: Just go look at the first Blog post you ever did, look how far you have come.  Video is the same thing.  Practice and experience is the only thing that replaces being taught.  You can learn to fly a plane in a classroom, but reality says "you'll only get better, the more you fly."   :-))

Jason - did you book Tara for Oregon yet?? (big smile)

Mara - he's famous to me, he sang a song, (many actually) he's really good, you know him, I may have him sing for us on the next Rain Radio show.  Gotta have some fun with it too right?  haha.  I may break for a commercial announcement and have him be the commercial announcement.  Hint:  He sang the song about "Realtors" having the Blues...   shhhh   :-)

Andrew - GREAT POINTS - thanks.  :-)  These are very exciting times and the market is allowing many in the industry to take advantage of learning all this stuff, and the power of it all, before it turns around again.  It will turn around again, and that's not just optimism talking either!!
