Finally... getting my post licensing completed. Not that I've put it off to the last minute, I still have a while to go, but it needs to be out of the way for my peace of mind. You never know what could happen at the last minute, not to mention you may not get registered for the class..... And it really feels good to brush up on your skills and refresh your memory. In my opinion, you can/should never stop learning, especially in this business. Rules and regulations are always changing and if that's not good enough reason the Market is in constant change and you have to stay on top and get pretty inventive or go to thinking outside the box. Keller Williams offices in South Carolina and throughout the US constantly provide workshops and keep us up to date on the latest Real Estate procedures from basic instructions to advanced tactics. There's a place for everyone here.

Hi Nance,  I just found out I need 4 hours of "diversity training" to meet my once every 3 years training.  yawn.  Show me a new way to get clients and im all over it.  When you think about it AR is something every agent should know about!

Just wish that continuing ed was a little more fun and interesting.  Maybe we can get credit for participating on AR.....................

I agree its always good to keep up with the new information. Its also good to check the new tax laws every year.
