Tuscan Villas in Colorado Springs

As a Realtor, I'm constantly seeing homes in the Colorado Springs Area;

it takes a lot to impress me.

I recently previewed homes at La Bellezza at Pine Creek, an amazing neighborhood development by Keller Homes.

These low maintenance homes were built to feel like you stepped back in time to a Tucscan villa; and they certainly achieved this goal. The indoor space is wonderful, just what you would expect in an upscale community; There are 5 different floor plans and the pricing start in the upper $500,000. But .............. the outdoor space is what really makes them shine.

One of my favorite features about the homes, was the magnificent outdoor kitchen on the patio. The granite countertops in the model were the best!

An inviting outdoor fireplace put the finishing touches on the patio -- who would ever want to be inside?

The views from the back decks were stunning!
