programs that may help you. Although
some of you may think you could never qualify for grants
and/or special loans you might be surprised by the income levels that
allow you to qualify for up to a $7500.00 grant to help you buy that
home. The Savers Club is a
program that is offered through Rural Opportunities in cooperation with
several area banks. It allows you to get $4.00 for every
$1.00 that you deposit in a special savings account over the course of
10 to 24 months.
If you are
looking to purchase a home in Orange County New York your income levels
to qualify for the program are as follows:
For
a 1 to 2 person household total income must be below $69,453
For
a family of 3 or more total income must be below $79,871
You must apply
for this program through Rural Opportunities Inc, complete a home buyer
counseling program, and be able to qualify for a mortgage at the end of
the program. The counseling can help you get on the right track if your
credit is weak and will prepare you for the process of buying and
maintaining a home. You will be asked to save a set amount
each month to show that you are able to budget and maintain a
commitment to making your dream come true.

a wonderful opportunity for you to finally find a way into a house of
