Good News for Florida Real Estate

According to a recent study by the University of Florida's Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studieswhich does quarterly studies and surveys of industry executives, market research economists, real estate scholars and other experts, the second quarter 2008 study set forth that the long-term outlook for Florida remains positive. Their opinion based on their study was that the logical time for market cycles to change is likely the spring of 2009.

Also, the latest word from the the National Association of Realtors was that improvements would be seen in existing home sales in the next few months.

Real Estate is not going to the dogs on Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
