I just got an internet lead from a site that I subscribe to for a hefty price.  It is only the second lead in 4 months and it cost $2400.  Of course, they guaranteed 50-100 leads a month.  Anyway - it didn't live up to its hype.

Back to the lead.  I made an appointment to make a presentation for this Saturday and began to prepare for the CMA.  As part of my research for any property, I always read all the 'remarks' sections for other listings in the development.  One I read today gave me a good laugh and I wanted to share it with ARers;

Agent to Agent Remarks:  "Please call with 24 hour notice. Owners want to want their dogs. Dogs are friendly, but very executable..."

Too funny.  I hope the owners don't read this one, however !!!
