Verge lofts in downtown Las Vegas

verge Verge is the newest loft project to hit the downtown area. It will be located on Main street and Bonanza, just minutes from the Fremont Street experience area and the Cashman Field and Convention Center. Residents will enjoy a host of amenities including a roof top pet park, pool, spa, lap pool, restaurant, concierge----just to name a few. The first floor of the building will have 30,000 square feet of commercial space.

Verge will be environmentally friendly as well. The project will be built to LEED green building specifications. Prospective loft buyers will have a choice of studio, one, two or three bedroom lofts. Penthouse units will also be available. Loft sizes start at 596 square feet. Verge is just minutes from both the I15 and I95 freeways.

What kind of price is on a 595 sq/ft unit? What are the renting restrictions? For example could I rent them out by the week to vacationers coming from Hawaii?

They start at $149,900. As for renting restrictions, right in their loan information they list 2nd and investment products, so I doubt that would be a problem. Their main kick off will be in the summer months, so let me know if you have any more questions. -Charles

im interested in the verge, im from vancouver canada. i wanted to know how much the taxes are, and is it a good investment or will the price go down

I LOVE the idea of environmentally -friendly LOFTS. I will be anxiously awaiting further news on this topic! Please keep us informed At the ECO-All-Stars!

Ditto on the environmentally friendly lofts. I think that would be an easy to sell in Hawaii.

I'd like to know why construction has NOT begun? Why haven't ANY permits been taken out from the city? Why the 5% down payment is non-refundable? Also, why isn't Verge responding to calls? What's really going on? Are investors being taken for their money?
