What kind of price is on a 595 sq/ft unit?  What are the renting restrictions?  For example could I rent them out by the week to vacationers coming from Hawaii?

They start at $149,900. As for renting restrictions, right in their loan information they list 2nd and investment products, so I doubt that would be a problem. Their main kick off will be in the summer months, so let me know if you have any more questions. -Charles

I'd like to know why construction has NOT begun?  Why haven't ANY permits been taken out from the city? Why the 5% down payment is non-refundable? Also, why isn't Verge responding to calls? What's really going on? Are investors being taken for their money?
