Top Producer 8i

By
Real Estate Agent with West End Residential
I have to say that TopProducer Market Snapshot and Market Builder program has, by far, been one of the best systems I used. I know many people have used previous versions including the last one, 7i, but I feel that the new 8i has been worth every penny I've spent. The contact manager, organizer, marketing programs, calendar have really imropved but what I am most pleased about is the Market Snapshot. Finally, something relevant (my opinion) to send automatically to my clients that is on point and not loaded with frivolous, irrelevant messages and facts. It allows my clients to view that market in an interactive way that helps my buyers make informed decisions on what to offer. It also helps my sellers understand the market conditions which, in turn, can help me obtain a price reduction based on shared knowledge. I can add the inquiry page as a text link or page on any of my sites that accepts HTML including CraigsList and postlets offering a free market snapshot. I started using this technique a few days ago and received several leads! Here's what the page looks like: They can also request a Community Report:

Hi Peter,  what a great idea.  But I can’t seem to get Craigslist to accept my widget HTML…  is there a trick to getting that nestled in?  Also how do you add it to Postlets?  Do you add it as listing?  Thanks!

Hi Pam, I'll post how I do it a little later tonite when I can spend more time explaining the instructions but for the most part its just a little more than copying the text link in Market Snapshot control panel and then pasting it on your CraigsList or Postlets ad.
