Everyone has heard on the news about the mortgage crisis and the huge numbers of homes that are being foreclosed. Some states, such as California, even have bus tours that you can take to view all of the foreclosed homes.
When you're looking at foreclosures, it is critical to also understand the local market as there are HUGE differences.

Montana has not seen the number of foreclosures that states such as California and Florida have experienced. We have, however, seen an increase and there are several foreclosed properties in and around the Missoula area.
