Great looking market report! Simple concise and well laid out. I am just now trying to post some of these in my Localism neighborhoods! Also, is worth signing up for the Localism success group? I joined a few too many and now I am trying to be a little more choosy!

Hi Russell - I know what you mean, there are so many groups now it's harder to choose.  I like the Localism Success group for anything to do with listings or market reports.  It gets a lot of posts for the number of members.  Try it out, if it doesn't fit, opt out.  There was a problem with my MLS, which is now fixed.  These numbers are now accurate, glad I caught it!  Wouldn't want misinformation circulating.  You have a great weekend as well, thanks for stopping by :-)
