Sam, Beautiful photos, beautiful presentation. What a deal at $140,000! Move it to Baltimore area and we would have a line around the block. Hoping you find the right buyer soon.
Very clean online presentation. I think you did an A+ job on the photos, they really showcase the home well. I also really like the paint color in the kitchen! The owners have good taste, I'm sure it's going to sell quick!

You gotta be kidding me?! $140,000?!!! Is there an annual lease amount on the lot or something? Wow! If that is the bottom line, that's one heck of a deal.
Celina - No lease and that price includes the home, the lot the home is situated on plus an extra corner lot that adjoins it. You are right that this home is one heck of a good value. Thanks for your positive comments!
