Have you ever been duped?

Duped is defined by Webster's dictionary as follows:

"dupe: a person easily tricked- v.t. to deceive, fool, trick."

Has anyone done this to you before?

Of course it has, what ramifications did this lead to?

How did you feel after the situation occurred?

Did you often wonder why?

Did you feel the person that duped you was your friend/college?

Why would someone dupe you?

What is the point to duping someone? 

Is it for personal gain?

Are they really your friend/college?

HOW DO YOU handle being duped?

Karen, I think everyone at some point in their lives gets duped. Best way to handle it is to treat it as a learning experience so that you don't get duped again.

Good point! Doesn't it make you wonder what the people who do this are thinking? No, never mind, they know what they are doing...they just hope you don't figure them out!
