4 Tuna Steaks or
Tuna Medallions
1-8 oz pkg. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning
Serve over Rice
Make the Good Season's Italian Salad Dressing according to directions on the packet except substitute lemon juice for the vinegar and use olive oil as choice of oil. Add additional Italian Seasoning as desired.
Marinate Tuna for 20-30 minutes. Grilled to desired doneness (most people eat Tuna seared on the outside and rare-just hot on the inside. I prefer just a little pink on the inside)
Serve over rice. If you withhold some of the dressing (use some for marinade and keep some aside) you can pour it over the grilled Tuna and rice. This recipe was told to me by a friend and it is well worth the try if you like Tuna. If you've never had Tuna but like fish, you'll love this recipe.
Add a salad or green vegetable and you have a great meal!
