Thanks Diane and Cyndee - I think the best part of this lot is that the owners of the house next door (with metal roof) are contractors and can build a house there for a great price - 75' of deep canal with ocean access - can't beat that in Miami right now.

Hi Ann!!  Here in Miami (and like everywhere else) location is key - this lot is located centrally within Miami Just South of Miami Shores and Davis Harbor but by being right outside, the price is more reasonable.   Thanks for checking in!
