Hi Ann!! Here in Miami (and like everywhere else) location is key - this lot is located centrally within Miami Just South of Miami Shores and Davis Harbor but by being right outside, the price is more reasonable. Thanks for checking in!
Jennifer, I think you are right - and the fact that they have another empty lot next door in case they really want to go big is also great (no very common in Miami either)
