I have had the good fortune to stumble across a new marketing and advertising method. Video broad cast. Unlike the old fashion virtual tour this is more like a mini movie on the home you are selling. As the listing agent you get to describe the home and show it off to potential buyers. They get the felling of actually seeing the home before ever stepping in. They get to know you before they ever meet you. The sellers love this tool and buyers say they feel like they know me already. That is a plus, because I know that the buyer want to be comfortable with the agent that they choose to help them with the biggest decisionof there lives. The con with the video is that it is not cheap. I know I spoke to many agents who say that it is out of their budget right now.
