She can show you properties including new construction, help you negotiate an offer and lead you through the process of purchasing which may differ from the location from which you are moving. A REALTOR® will have contacts that include mortgage lenders, insurance agents and movers.
Second, a REALTOR® will have a list of service providers such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC repairmen.
Third, a REALTOR can provide you with a list of popular restaurants, events and activities in the area.
REALTORS want to help you though the entire transition, not just the home purchase so remember to think of your REALTOR as a resource.
