Keyport NJ is a small town located at the very beginning of the Jersey Shore (from NY). It's a fantastic location for a lot of reasons. We are only approximately 20 minutes from New York, and less than an hour from Pennsylvania. Much of our Real Estate is alluring to Commuters who work in these cities. We are surrounded by diverse scenes that could fit the criteria of many. Keyport is located in Monmouth County. Monmouth County would suit the buyer looking for a beach atmosphere, a mountaintop view, or acres of farmland with horses and greenery.
Keyport offers the small town "historic" atmosphere. Many of the homes are older Victorian style. However, we also have new town homes with water views of the bay. There is a newly remodeled waterfront. Fishing, boating, fine dining, antique shops, outdoor concerts and so much more. My office is located right on front street in the heart of town. Every window has a water view that I've been enjoying for over 18 years. Every holiday is a parade, and all year long we have street festivals.
