Follow up is where the fortune is

What do you do, we learned a long time ago that follow up is where the fortune is. You really must follow up with your clients, try and do this each and every month, if you put a system in place it then become a no brainer and for me that is good.  Here at Crookerhancox we use a monthly e-news letter, look here and see www.crookerhancox.com  . It is sent out each month to over 2300 people, clients and agents alike. The agents (at least the smart ones) use it to make a warm contact each month with their clients, past, present and future. What do you do?? And if you do not, why not?   :(

You are so right.  Consistent follow-up is often the extra 1 degree that makes the difference.

Chuck - you and Renee have hit it right on the head!  Follow up, follow up, follow up.  It is amazing how many clients are shocked when someone actually does it...and the impression is definitely lasting.

Chuck- I have a follow up called a VidTip.  It's pretty much a monthly, video newsletter of helpful tips about homeownership including maintenance, repairs and enhancements.  IMO the most important part of following up is to be helpful.

Great point Chuck...and I also like Kevin's method (very progressive and good production quality).

The vidtip shows thinking ahead for today's tech-saavy consumers.  I haven't tried it but will look further into it.  I personally send out monthly newsletters as well.

Follow up turns a good salesperson into a great one. The best part is most clients appreciate, and are even flattered that you remembered to call them.
