Smooth move - How I staged 2 houses in less than 1 month using the same inventory

A unique home staging opportunity presented itself in the last month and if I tried to chronicle it here in detail it would be too long for you to care to read. 

Essentially one house, that Home Star Staging staged, sold and closed very quickly. The client asked if there were options for the remainder of the lease agreement.  Although they realized they were still obligated to the 3 month terms of the contracts, could there be a solution to try and off set some of the cost?

I made a phone call to the furniture rental company and asked some questions and found that yes, there was an option ( believe the term was a "lease transfer") however

• another client, selling a vacant home, would have to agree to assume the remaining lease contract, terms and all
• also, in this situation, an independent moving truck had to be used due to the time constraints of this job

This situation was also unique in that the client was working with the same Realtor who had another client who could benefit from this situation,

• There were 2 remaining months on the lease
• The inventory would work great in the other house (I had already previewed it)
• The other client happened to be an owner of a house in my neighborhood

All parties, with the assistance of their truly awesome Realtor, came to mutually beneficial agreements and Home Star Staging coordinated the de staging, move and the new staging all with the same furniture and accessories from the first staging job. 

While it was a bit hectic due to the time constraints and I had a fast learning curve, it worked out well for all involved. I do not know if this is standard for all rental furniture companies, however, it always pays to ask because you never know what the answer may be.
