Today, I previewed 10 homes in St Augustine South and was Impressed with the Availability / Affordability being offered. Most homes were priced from $225,000 - $280,000 with one home priced over $380,000. I believe the sellers are adjusting to todays buyers market which will entice buyers to make offers / Contracts.
