The city of Grandview is located just south of Kansas City, MO. This small town with a population of roughly 25,000 is home to Army Lieutenant Chris Hanes who earlier this month while serving his country foiled a terrorist plot to blow up several building in Mosul, Iraq. People who know Chris refer to him as being humble and generous.
“On September 1st, Lt. Hanes managed to thwart a terrorist plot that two insurgents were cooking up at a bakery called "Friends" in Mosul, Iraq. His troops were patrolling the area when they were called to investigate a military intelligence tip that Iraqi militants in a Mosul bakery were possibly planning a bomb attack.”
