When I started in Real Estate, I took many floor time. I remember the first floor time - I was SOOO scared and didn't really know what to say or ask. As years went by, I am ready and alert to ask all the important questions.
I got pretty good at getting the callers' telephone numbers to follow up with them. AND I TRULY WANT TO HELP THESE PEOPLE THAT CALL ON A PROPERTY. If they are surfing on the Internet, I would say, "Why not have a Realtor help you find the home that meets your needs than to look on the web, only to find nothing that meets your criteria?" 50-50 chance; sometimes it works and sometimes the prospects just like to be free.
Now, how is your floor these days? In our office, there were 12 outside calls on our listing this week. And it's not that we don't have signs out in our area. We have many listings in Pasadena and the surrounding cities. And if you are a Floor-Pro, do you have any tips on capturing the Audience?
