WHAT WORKS FOR YOU?
There are as many ideas as realtors, I know.
Target mailings, email campaigns, billboards, car magnets etc....
Websites....what do you think is the MOST important aspect of a good website that will actually bring in good leads?
I guess i am all for NOT reinventing the wheel here!!

Great photography! Period.
Okay, okay, so granted I'm a professional photographer and so I'm a little biased but I'm still right. A web site with great photos trumps a web site with bad photos.
No matter how much you spend on the mailings or billboards or magnets, if you photos suck then you will be wasting your money and your marketing efforts.
It amazes me how much money people will spend on their marketing only to use photos that are horrible. Go the extra step and hire a professional photographer or learn how to take professional caliber photos yourself.
What will grab you about a web site is great photography. Not the words on the page. That comes second. If you don't have images that will make your visitors say wow, then they might find an agent who does.

I have had a pro photographer take quite a few photos then when I could not find acceptable photos of my area, I went out with my own camera. I am a pretty good shot with a camera if I say so myself! I used to follow my pro photographer mom around with my Own Pentax k-1000 when I was a teen!
I had a blast taking photos of my local area...something I havent really done in a long time!
Feel free to check out some of my photos. Other than those of myself and my family, all other photography on my blog and website are My own!
But, you are 100% right ... if the photos are bad, nobody looks any further!
