You will notice the trend in Metro Detroit real estate if you look at several of these subdivision updates.  Livonia real estate home values are continuing to fall, but the time on market for Livonia homes for sale is about the same.  Even though Livonia real estate home values are falling they are falling about the same as the rest of Wayne County home values.  The City of Detroit home values are falling faster than Livonia´s
