**AUGUST** Market Sales Comparison Report 2005 thru 2008 for Durham, N.C.

Elizabeth, well there is no denying that in Durham for 2008 in August the total number of home sales is quite different than the previous three years. I would venture to guess it is the tight credit markets causing it and then just the overall down economy.

Elizabeth - Love those Duke Blue Devils!  You must be so proud to have your native Durham, N.C. chosen as one of the top cities to live and work.

It looks like the market in August left a little to be desired in the sales department.  I do like the charts that you have done ma'am, I may have to give you a call about them.

Very well presented Elizabeth, but you always do wonderful work. 

I love the court house shot.  Isn't it great to be native.... I hope your personal sales weren't off in August.

Eli - I'm just going to say ditto from the last 2 of your posts and the one I didn't comment on.  You know my feelings on that area.  It's just amazing.
