As of today, Avalon Park took the lead with a total of 43% of all of Avalon Parks Real Estate listings being in some stage of foreclosure. These numbers do not include bank owned properties, so if you are curious about how many properties in Avalon Park are bank owned; the total is 15.
The one property that did sell in Avalon Park this week was 1592 Shallcross. This was a newly built town home in Spring Isle. The sale price was $181,690 after being priced at $187,510 and was on the market for a total of 19 days. I am sure you can guess that the fact that it was a new construction surely helped, but I am probably correct in guessing that the builder contributed towards the buyers closing cost and or might have allowed little to no money down by using a down payment assistance program.
If you or someone you know is looking for or wants to sell a home in Avalon Park, I hope you will allow me to at least give you a little guidance. Avalon Park is a big area with tons of benefits, but when buying or selling in this area you need to be knowledgeable of what is going on around you.
