I take a lot of pictures of things that aren't being used for their intended purpose and that prevent me from seeing areas that I would like to see. In the photo below, the oven was being used for storage. Now granted it's being used to store things that would normally be used in an oven, except, perhaps, that wood cutting board there, but the storage prevents me from seeing the inside of the oven and any problems that might exist there. It also prevents me from testing the bake and broiler functions of the oven.

I don't remove storage like this because just as soon as I did, I'm sure I would break that glass bowl, and just as soon as I broke it, it would turn out to be the only item that she had that had belonged to her great-great-great-great-great-great grandmother, Sally Sue, whom Sally Sueanne was named after. Those priceless heirlooms are, well, priceless, and since I don't have a bank account to pay for priceless things, I just leave them alone and note for my Clients that I couldn't see the inside of the oven and could not test the broil and bake function either.
Now here's my question, though, to my Rainer friends. It would seem logical that someone who has that many cooking dishes probably, uh, uses the oven a lot. Do they really remove all that stuff each time they need to cook in the oven?
Hi Rssel,
Nope, they are pack rat who doesn't bake. They are just too lazy to throw the stuff the don't use away. Yep, I've known a few people that do this.
