This was a lived in house. Only certain rooms were used by the client and many needed furniture and accessories. Rooms that were used by client were only lightly staged to keep it easy to maintain.

I love seeing other's work. Nice job. Removing the dining room hutch always seems to work. I have also removed just the hutch and used the bottom as a sideboard for display.
Isn't it amazing how just adding a few accessories can make a room feel more lively. Great job.
THe colors are great and the house is beautiful. I love the fireplace. Hope the house sell very quickly
