Are you wondering how long it takes to get married in Maggie Valley? Holy cow! There's no waiting period, no blood test, and no physical required, and the license fee is only $50.00! Bring a valid driver's license or valid picture ID if you don't have a driver's license (you must be at least 18), and you must provide proof of social security number.
Once the Haywood County Register of Deeds Office issues your license, you have 60 days to come to your senses before the license expires and, in North Carolina, only a minister authorized by his/her church or magistrate can perform weddings.
