Why is it so hard to stay motivated? I look all around my office and look at the desks of all of our top producers and I think "what motivates them"? What keeps them from being less than average? It's hard because being an agent means that you must take lots of rejection and deal with people who could care less about you. They just want to see the house and deal with what happens later.
It needs to be known that what ever happens, good or bad, we must stay motivated. Either by using motivational scripts, going to church, talking with loved ones or just looking into ourselves for the energy.
I oftern wonder, what drives this person that sells so much in my office? Is it something that I can develop? Is it something learned? Is it something taught?
Anyway, what ever it is, it must be done.
Just remember, the business is out there and we can have it if we just do not give up and have a positive attitude.
If need be, put an inspirational message for yourself next to your phone, calendar, or your refrigerator so that you can see it often and remind yourself of your potential.
I am sure that success will follow this positive, motivating attitude.
