Agent Web Site - I need a great one!

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach, Relators

Again, I'm reaching out to my fellow colleagues... I'm always trying to stay on top of the market and I'm sick of being confined to a traditional web site.  I'm willing to spend the time to learn whatever it takes.

I need a few distinct things from my web site, maybe you can help???

1. Need to have the mls info load into my web site and update as it updates

2. I need the ability to edit the web site on my own.

3. Need my blog on the web site

4. Do not want the web site to look cluttered

5. I am a subscriber to viewmylisting.com and I need a login for my sellers on my website to direct them to this web site or do the same to mine.

Can anyone suggest a good company to contact?  Can you send me your web address so I can see it in action?

Please help!

Maria - try a point2 website - www.point2agnet.com (I think)....they use to give a free trial, not sure if that's available anymore.  I have the basic site and I think it's $9.95 per month.  Check out my website there at www.MaryWarren.com

Add your blog to your site with a widget.

Editing your website takes a decent amount of knowledge.  Look at your hosting site.  I use Yahoo and they have something called SiteBuilder that makes it very easy to make changes.

Viewmylising.com may have some code available to put a login on your site.  Contact them.

Point 2 is a hands down winner in my book for the money. I get lots of tools and a great IDX system to share listings. Email me if you have some questions on it! Look at my site and see how simple it all really is.

Thanks for this post.  I'm going to go check out point 2.  I'm wasting money on a more expensive worthless one right now.

Our KW website does everything you want to do.  It would look something like mine.  We are adding Wolfnet which will make it easier for people to search for homes.  Mine is www.havilandgroup.net

Best wishes,

Matt
