Boston RealEstate.com Realtor here

By
Real Estate Agent with The Russell Realty Group, LLC.

Hi all,

My name is Jeff Bowen and I am a Realtor in Boston and I have been with the company for 11 months.

I have closed 18 transactions in that time.

5 of them were company generated and 13 were self generated.

I was wondering how your experience with the leads has been and how successful you have been in converting them?

What systems and tools do you use to help grow your business?

I am looking for specific ideas to increase my productivity, follow up, marketing and image.

And as always, I appreciate and reciprocate and compensate on any referrals that you can send my way to Boston Massachusetts.

I just transferred to RealEstate.com about a month and a half ago. I really like it so far because my office has the best managers in town, and I really enjoyed the training process. I signed up to receive the leads two weeks ago and have not gotten a call yet, but am still excited. I know it is because many people do not have confidence in the current economy.  It sounds like you are doing really good so far.   After I have gotten a few calls I may have some tips for you. Here in Tucson we are focusing on getting the RealEstate.com name out because we are fairly new. So our agents leave their  business card everywhere they can, always wear your name tag, preview as many houses as possible and leave your card along with signing in. One of the agents in our Oro Valley office is working on making polo shirts with the logo. The more tiems you can get your name and our companies name out the more benefits you will get.

i average about 1 lead a week. When I first got here I was getting 10 - 20 leads a month. I came to RealEstate.com for leads and if they ain't providing then I can open my own business or go work for a 90 % broker anywhere.... We will see if I actually stay. Good name, good concept, but I don't think the company spends enough $$ on marketing. If i was the CEO I would so nothing but spend money on newspapers, branding, billboards and sign corporate agreements with the largest employers in the country... Stay tuned as the stock is hovering around $2.00 and we will see if the company closes or gets bought out.
