Eye catching display on the Chapin Highway in Ballentine. I love the ghost in this picture. See it right above where "there's a big black crow... and he's calling you home." (Eagles fans will get it.) Can you see it? It's above the crow next to the magnolia tree. On a ghost tour in Charleston they told us how to spot these 'orbs' or whatever they called them. We had one strange ghost-tour guide who wore ugly black horn-rimmed glasses and looked like Dan Ackroyd as a nerdy teen.
That looks like a ghost to me! We wasted all kinds of film trying to capture one in Charleston, but I got one now, baby! You better stay away from here during Halloween.
Alright, here's my serious question. (This may be tough, I watched the House Marathon last night.) Being a blogging "newbie", how or what would you name this post to create exposure for your area or community and get the appropriate information in front of the eyes of potential home buyers?
Here's how this question comes up. I see this cute fall wagon display in the neighborhood, take a picture of it and find a ghost, really! Now we've gone from fall coming to a Halloween theme. Then I remember an appropriate Eagles song, now we've got some Rock & Roll thrown in there that's too good to take out. I remember how much my wife loves the band and, quite frankly, think the line about her and four guys will get more attention, or 'more clicks'.
So what's the correct stance to take as a Realtor?
Cutie pie picture (Nice, but... get real)
Wife's in love (Perfect marketing - sex)
Halloween ghosts (Intriguing marketing - drugs?)
Eagles kick-butt music (Completes the set - Rock & Roll)
Ok what's the best name? (Let me know... Or at least how you would do it.)
A) It's the first day of Autumn! (Let the festivals begin. They're all over our area, schools, churches, communities, and more!)
B) Wife's in love with four guys! (Glen, Don, Joe, Timothy - I took her to see them twice this summer and scored more points than you should be allowed in two nights!)
C) I still don't see any ghost? (Then check under the rear tire.)
D) Gee Charlie, this is stupidest and best sounding post on ActiveRain today!
Ok, I can't resist, one more Eagles. Warning: It could make you cry? Well worth the listen with seasons changing, you know, wife leaving, autumn, ghosts, rock and roll!
