I was watching Joy Behar on CNN's Larry King Live, when it suddenly hit me why we should all vote for McCain and Palin ....

Can you imagin the Jon Stewart Show without the material provided by the Republican candidates? What would Bill Maher have to talk about on Real Time?

The late night talk shows with Jay Leno and David Letterman .... what could they joke about?

And let's not forget Saturday Night Live (SNL) .... especially with the recent complaint by the McCain campaign claiming the show is biased in favor of Obama and the Democrats.

If voters are prepared to spend more time watching "American Idol" instead of the Presidential Debates, then in the interests of entertainment, all Americans should vote for McCain & Palin.

However, if you believe that this election is truely serious - and could well determine the future survival of our Country as the leader of the free world - then ignore the sarcasm in this Blog!

It's time for all responsible Americans to do what needs to be done, and vote the Republican Political Machine out of office.

After what this country has been through the past eight years I am amazed that ANY American would want four more years of Lies, Deceit and Above the Law tactics of the Republican Administration. This has got to be a joke or a bad dream. The sad thing is if Clinton were running 10 Palin's couldn't have helped Mccain get elected. On Bill O'reily today report is 25 to 30% of Democrats won't vote for Obama because he is black and 35 to 40% of Independents have a bad view of blacks.

I also read about these statistics of 1/3 of Democrats won't vote for Obama and 40% of the Independent and others in the country because he is Black. SAD SAD SAD.

It is also Sad and Amazing how many people in this country do not vote. That is something I'll never understand.

Great post. About all the Republicans have done for us is to provide a lot of material for John Stewart and Stephen Colbert. But, you are right. We have never in my lifetime (59 years) faced more serious issues as we do now. The Republicans have demonstrated that they are incapable of running the government. As Rachel Maddow said "how can people who don't believe in government run the government?" The answer is obvious-They can't.

The "fiscal conservative" cartoon is priceless!

Great cartoon. Todays Republicans are only social conservatives not fiscal conservatives. They hate government so they should stay out of it.

McCain lost the election on September 15th. When he said "The economy is fundamentally solid" It sure is when your wife has $100 million. Maybe if he earned the $100 million instead of marrying it he would have a clue.

After listening to the Vice Presidential Debate again this evening, I can definately say without any doubt that Sarah Palin is an idiot.

She did not answer the questions posed to her, but instead rattled off her rehearsed arsenal of replies that the Republican Spin Machine had been hammering into her head in the days leading up to the debate.

I was amused while standing in the line at my bank yesterday. An older, good looking man was mumbling about Palin ... so I leaned forward and asked him what he was saying about her.

His reply: "She's one hot babe that I'd love to schtupp, but the thought of her as Vice President killed my hard-on."
