It seems that things are picking up just a little. I was on call duty today and I actually got two real good phone calls. Even though one of the properties is under contract, I can find them something else, a real good prospect. The other caller I sent to be quilified, which should not be a problem. So today was worth the drive to the office even at the price of gas today.

It is great to hear that things are picking up for you Jean. One of the things I am most excited about is the opportunity to pick up new business from clients who are frustrated with their current agent. I feel that as the real estate industry gets back to normal and agents actually have to work, have passion, education and drive to succeed then experienced, professional agents like us will see more and more opportunity.
On another note I just got back from Charlotte NC and I must say that the Carolinas are one of my favorite spots in the country. If I ever hear of someone moving to your part of the world I would like to refer them to you.
