Gita & Marchel: Thank you for commenting. Lake Wallenpaupack is indeed a beautiful lake - especially in the evening, when the sunset makes the sky look like peach & raspberry sherbet.

The best time to visit Lake Wallenpaupack, in my opinion, will be between now and the third week of October. We've had enough rain this season, I think, to make the leaves beautiful!
